A second confirmation of your order will be sent to you via e-mail when the order is processed.You will be notified at this time of any items that have been back ordered or are not available.

Our staff at Raintree Nursery will process your online order within 2 business day of receipt. Once processed, you will receive your order number and customer number.

Several ways to order

Online -- Please use our VeriSign® secured online shopping cart to order your Raintree plants, books and supplies. It is the fastest and most convenient way to bring Raintree's special products to your door.

By phone -- We have a dedicated, in-house phone center staff ready to help take your order and answer most questions. For more specific answers to your questions our horticulturists can answer your questions.

January - April, our phones are staffed Monday through Friday from 7:00am until 5:00pm. On Saturdays our Phone Center staff is available from 8:00am until 4:00pm, and Sundays from 10:00am until 4:00pm.

May - June, our Phone Center staff is available Monday through Saturday from 8:00am until 4:00pm.

June 11 - December, our staff are available Monday through Thursday from 9:00am until 4:00pm.
