January - April, our phones are staffed Monday through Friday from 7:00am until 5:00pm. On Saturdays our Phone Center staff is available from 8:00am until 4:00pm, and Sundays from 10:00am until 4:00pm. May - June, our Phone Center staff is available Monday through Saturday from 8:00am until 4:00pm. June 11 - December, our staff are available Monday through Thursday from 9:00am until 4:00pm.
